Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Heang Yu Lung Jewelry does not ship orders to post office boxes.
Orders placed before 3:00PM PST Monday through Thursday will be shipped out the following day. Please allow 3-5 business days.
Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on Monday. Please allow 3-5 business days.
Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

ONLINE PURCHASES
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund. Custom pieces, such as nameplates and engravings, are non-refundable. Personalizations and alterations (ie. an engraving on a bracelet or necklace resizing) on a piece will also void the return policy.
Returned items are subject to a 7.5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at heangyulung@gmail.com with the order number and "RETURN" in the subject. If your return is approved, please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs accrued for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the return has been approved, ship the return to the following address:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or other original method of payment) within a few days.
If you still have not received a refund within a week of the refund confirmation notice from us, please contact your bank and credit card company/Paypal. Processing times for refunds can be lengthy; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
If you are shipping an item worth over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for your package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exact replacement, send us an email at heangyulung@gmail.com and send your item(s) to the following address:

IN-STORE PURCHASES
Returns
All sales are final. No exceptions. Custom pieces, such as nameplates and engravings, are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of the Gold Market Value at the current time of purchase.
It is agreed that the buyer has thoroughly inspected all goods and understand the above policies before leaving the premises.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed in-store for merchandise of the same gender (ie. diamonds for diamonds, not diamonds for gold, etc.).
